We will be celebrating Grandparent’s Day in conjunction with our Scholastic Book
Fair on Monday September 14th & Tuesday September 15th . Although this is “Grandparent’s
Day” we understand that not all grandparents are able to attend. Therefore, I would
encourage your child to invite somebody who is special to them which could include a parent.
Schedule of events:
9:10a.m. – Grandparents will sign in at their Grandchild’s classroom. Then head up to chapel to find a seat.
9:15a.m. – Chapel with Ms. Becca and Pastor Annemarie
9:45a.m. – We will provide a small refreshment for students and families. Our Scholastic Book Fair will be open to shop for students and their classes.
10:30a.m. – Say “Good-Bye” to Grandparents. Students return to teachers to resume class.
We intend for our students to stay at school for the remainder of the day. If grandparents have traveled to be here or simply desire to spend the rest of the day with their grandchild, please alert the teacher ahead of time.
*It is imperative that any child leaving campus must notify the teacher and be signed out.*
